We need you to get involved. As a not-for-profit voluntary organisation, we are completely dependent on the generosity of our donors, volunteers and members of the public to support our core campaigns; caring for the orphaned and displaced orangutans at the OFI Care Centre and Quarantine, and securing habitat for their future release.

You can help save orangutans and protect their forest habitat by making a donation, fostering an orangutan or purchasing merchandise from our shop. We also have many opportunities for people who would like to become more hands-on and get involved to support our work. You can fund raise for us, attend an event, join us on an eco tour, or volunteer for us in Australia – or in the field in Borneo!
